The rail in the RBT mounts is usually not easy to move. It takes either a
fingernail or tweezers and a good support. Over the light table while
freeviewing appears to be the best way to do it for me.

Yes, it does. Albion mounts usually have a little bit of machine oil left
in them. I clean mine in batches of 100 or so. I have used soap and water
or acetone. Lately I got an ultrasonic cleaner which works well for this
job and also cleaning glass for mounting slides.

Yes, there is. The tabs are punched out one way and the masks have a
slight bow towards the other side. If you try to put the chips from the
front, it will be very difficult.
