The View-Master collector is Barbara Mills of Colorado. She is one of the
founders of the VTCA - View-Master, Tru-Vue Collectors Assn. She has been
collecting for many years both Tru-Vue and View-Master.
I watched the program and enjoyed it. It was wonderful to see all the
View-Master things I love on the TV and to know that millions of viewers
were also watching. The program gave the viewer an introduction to
View-Master from its early days through the TV & Movies heyday of the 60s.
Included were many of our pop culture icons: cowboy stars, Disney
characters, TV & movie stars. Barbara repeatedly stressed the point that
because the images were in the third dimension, they were more enjoyable to
view.
Thanks to Gary Shacker AKA the great TV wacthdog, for alerting us to the
program.
