Re: Jason Leftblankintentionally wants to know how to use filters
on his Revere. According to Charles Piper (The Technical Page,
Installment #41), on the Revere "an integral adapter is provided
for Series IV filters." I'm not sure what the "integral adapter"
is; perhaps someone who knows the Revere better than I do can describe
it for us.

I've used the Realist sunshade/filter holder to use Series V filters
on a Realist. The sunshade/filter holder is a device made of two
pieces that screw together. You unscrew the two pieces, place a
Series V filter between the two pieces, then screw them back together.
There are no threads on the filters I have; they just sit in a cavity
between the two parts of the sunshade/filter holder, which is then
pushed in place over the lens aperture rings.

Look at camera shows and used camera stores for these old style filters
needed for old stereo cameras.
