And so am I.  But as a viewer of images I appreciate the better quality of
the originals.  For example, there are "copy" stereo views (where one view
was copied and distributed by a competitor) which show increased contrast
and reproduction views where you can see the printing screen.  As a
collector of images I would prefer to see the "original" than copy or
reproduction, provided that there is a noticeable (for me) difference in
quality.
