Mark Dottle don't give up on Kodachrome yet.  

I use Kodachrome occasionally.  My local E-6 lab sends it to a Los
Angeles outfit called A&I color.  They have always done a fine job and
followed my instructions.
You can deal with them directly. they advertise every month in the PSA
Journal.

Their price (for PSA members) is $5/roll
for normal processing of E-6 or Kodachrome mounted or unmounted.  Non
PSA members may pay a little more.  They can supply you with prepaid
processing mailers.
They don't do stereo mounting.
