Even if the whole image can be seen with glasses on, I like the
glasses-free view much better because it's more "engulfing".  The
front edge of the viewer "ports" being very near the eye more
fully blots out the world and gives the image more impact (and
contrast).  Same sort of effect that projection in a very
dark room has.

Maybe a "hooded" red-button could be set up?  :-)
