I'm *assuming* that eyeglass cleaner you can get in the supermarket
(I think Visene markets one) would be ok - you wouldn't want to remove
anti-glare/anti-reflective/auto darkening coatings there either. 
The one I get (in a little pressurized spray can) seems to work
pretty well.

However, you never heard it from me if it causes your lens to revert
back to the original sand :-)
