|Not just in stereo clubs. Anyone who has ever seen a 3D motion picture in
|the last half-century has PROBABLY seen it in polaroid. The tiny handful of
I caught an interesting thing on PBS last evening on the illustrator who
did many of the movie posters of the 40's and 50's (he died in '91 I think).
They specifically mentioned 3D movies, showed the usual audience reaction
shot while wearing the poloroid specs, and specifically mentioned
"Charge at Feather River", "House of Wax", and one other I forget ("Sadie
Thompson") by name.
Question: I seem to recall on someone's web site some 3D movie posters, but
am unclear as to whether this is a modern anaglyph or if they were actually
issued that way? Can someone enlighten?
THANKS
