P3D Belplasca Stereo Camera Repair

I have a friend with a 1950s East German Belplasca stereo camera with a
shutter which has failed. Does anyone possibily have any ideas on where I
might find someone who could tell me more about repairing such a camera?
Perhaps where parts might be found or ideas on manufacturing them?
