P3D Superman Red, Superman Blue

The Superman anaglyph special has hit the stands (on December 10) and I got
my copies today. The package includes two comic books in a poly bag and
goes for $4.95. Included are: a new comic (not anaglyph) called Superman
Blue, Superman Red, and a 1953 reprint called "Three-Dimension Adventures,
Superman in Startling 3-D, Life Like Action". In the anaglyph comic are
three stories: "The Man Who Stole The Sun", "The Origin of Superman" and
"The Man Who Bossed Superman". Included are a pair of r/b cardboard glasses
bearing the DC-3D logo on them. I've seen better anaglyph in my day to be
sure (Ray Zone, e.g.), but this is (IMHO) a very special edition for 3-D
collectors as far as reprints go, in that it came out within 3-D's 1950s
hey-day. * Caveat Emptor*: This came out in two editions. One just has the
flatty comic, and one includes both magazines. The flatty comic has an
anaglyph cover and the anaglyph's cover is titled as stated above!!! Make
certain you buy the poly-bagged package which contains *both* magazines. It
should be rather easy to find right now in any comic book store.
Best,
Bob
