As many of you know, I use a single lens method of getting my 3D images. I
prefer it for a variety of reasons, an important one being that I, too, am a
"stereo nut", but I find dual lens 3D painful to look at.

What surprises me is that there are some who've seen my images and find them
dramatically more "stereo" (though less painful) than dual lens 3D, and in a
few cases have even seen stereo where they had thought themselves "stereo
blind" before (one being a psychologist who's expertise is in 3D). Weird!

So, what is stereo, *really*?

And, why is there evil in the world, and why has it taken the form of Barney
the Dinosaur?
