They are a dry heat mount. Some of them can be repaired with a medium
Iron (turn off the steam). Press them just a little to reseal, don't try
to melt them. They have a metal Spider inside and this gets very hot,
handle carefully. This process has worked about 50% of the time. It
works best on older reels. Glue does not work well, as it tends to gum
up the pockets.
