In Kelowna, near here in the Okanagan Valley
of the Southern Interior of British Columbia, the Chrysler
dealers lost their 30 foot model blimp on Thursday night.
It was last seen rising into the night sky and heading
north-east.
It should have cleared the Rockies and be passing
over Sam Smith territory about now.
Let's see. At 30 feet long and an average diameter
of maybe 6 feet, it probably holds about 40 cubic metres
of helium. Wouldn't Sam be able to do some wonderful
photography with a balloon like that!
By the way, there's a reward out for $1,000 for
the Kelowna blimp, so watch out for it, all you Canadians
east of here.
