ARNOLD is a cartoon character on the TV Show Nickelodeon

"HEY ARNOLD 3D Poster and Glasses" are available to persons who eat Kraft
Macaroni and Cheese, for $2.00 a shot w/o proof of purchase. You have to get the offer form from a KraftMacaroni and Cheese Dinner any
size.

I ordered a couple of them, and they each were packed in tubes that would
cost me at least $1.50 retail a piece, the poster was all curled up and a
pair of "NOGGLEVISION" glasses were included.

The glasses had what appeared to be two simple plastic sheet lenses of the
same color. And I thought to myself "Oh Oh, another rip-off" Without the
glasses the poster is a 2D Flattie. When you put the glasses on, aspects
of the poster leap out in depth. My wife was wearing a multi-color plaid
shirt when I looked at her, some parts of her shirt seemed to dance in the
air. (No X-RAY effect however.)

So, what am I seeing? Is Nogglevision an old dance in a new dress?
