Here's a scenario for combining two-camera stereo with the Pulfrich effect.
Shoot background footage with one camera aimed out the side window of a
vehicle. Combine that background with some true stereo image/s floating in
front of the background and smaller in size. Afix an extra dark lens to one
side of a pair of LCS glasses. View the results, and the 3D image would be
floating in front of the Pulfrich induced 3D background. (Or behind it if
you have the dark lens on the wrong side...) 

Or those with laser pointers and LCS glasses could try it out on their
computer. Open a stereo image and view it while tracing the laser point back
and forth across the screen. Remember to add a dark lens to one side of the
LCSG. If you have video capture ability and a Camcorder, ... Tell us about it.
