P3D Parallax corrector Revere 33

The rewind and shutter problems with my Revere are solved now and today
I'll bring my test film to the photo shop.

However there is one little problem left now: 
I don't see any difference in the viewfinder when using the parallax
corrector. How does it work? There is glass in it.
