Yes! Robert,
On May 1 1997.(Subject: 3D Anaglyphic Movies Online). Until otherwise
proven, this might have been the first  live stereo webcam on the net.
Innovative, they to use a 3D video server too, able to transmit MPEG 1
and MPEG 2 video for LCS-glasses. Movie clips (from about 1 to 30MB!) is
also offered for anaglyph viewing. A site well worth visiting. It later
got the Webcam Award of the Day, June 12 1997.
