P3D Looking for Stereo Club Handbook

While going through some old camera magazines, I saw an article that
mentioned a free handbook from the David White Co. on how to organize
and operate a stereo camera club (June 1952). The handbook also came
with free membership cards with the clubís name printed on them as part
of the "package".

Does anyone have a copy of this handbook? I would like to get a copy of
it if one is available.
