P3D Vertical Displacement Problem

Dennis's problem stems from the fact that he shoots his 645 medium
format stereos in the horizontal or landscape mode so that the top and
bottom of each view is the cut he makes between frames.  If his doesn't
make the cut accurately, the verticals won't line up automatically, as
they do with 35mm film.
