The value when I called them a few years ago was $4.20.  Also what
not mentioned above is that the $4.20 and film are mailed in 
a Kodak PK-36 mailer.  The total fee is twelve-something, and the
mailer counts as eight-something (but can be bought cheaper than
that from places like B&H).
