"If they mess up, then take advantage of their policy and have them
fix the slides for free!  I would particularly encourage Gavin Stokes to
send back his roll that was mounted 100 percent in pseudo and get them
to remount it!"

I might just do that.  I had planned to dig out all the chips and remount
them myself, but maybe even a previously disgruntled customer will draw
attention to the existence of a 3-D community out here.  Who knows?  Maybe
I will become gruntled enough to send them an additional roll from time to
time.
