P3D Re: Qualex/Kodak tries harder

Hi!

The second of my Christmas rolls of Kodachrome 200 beamsplitter
slides arrived today. I had been peppering store employees as
well as Qualex customer service with questions.

For the second time, despite my writing DO NOT MOUNT in large
letters on both the front and the back of the envelope, the
slides got mounted, albeit correctly. The processing was excellent
as usual (Fair Lawn, NJ facility).

My message about not mounting apparently got through, however.
I was not charged for the processing, I got a certificate for free
processing in the future, I got a fresh roll of Kodachrome 64,
and I got a letter of apology for my "damaged" film.

All in all, not a bad day!  :-)
