P3D Ilex Paragon Lenses

A dear stereo friend died recently and left all of her stereo equipment to
me by the terms of her will. She had mentioned over the years that she
intended to do this, particularly after her husband, another stereo artist,
died several years ago.
At the request of the executor, I went up this past weekend and located all
of the stereo items I could find (not in one location, just all over the
house) so that I could inventory and appraise them for purposes of the
estate. Neither my friend nor her husband liked the Realist camera (I don't
know why because that's all I use) and instead used Kodaks. There was one
Realist, serial #A6428, with Ilex Paragon lenses amongst all of the
equipment. I noticed recently the talk in P-3D about the Paragons but didn't
pay too much attention because I never checked to see if any of my Realists
had that lens. Now, however, I am interested, and it was timely that
Paragons are being mentioned again in P-3D. Also of interest is the fact
that Zak can retrofit them with double-exposure prevention, plus the fact
that this camera, not used for many years, needs cleaning and checking. I
haven't taken note as to whether or not Zak has an e-mail address, but I
think I'll put this camera into service after it gets his attention and TLC.
Zak, send me your e-mail address if you read this. Thanks.
I will in all likelihood offer some of these items on Sell 3-D at some later
date, but it's too early to do so now; in fact it will be a few months
before they will be mine legally even though they are now in my possession.
