P3D Can Vrex glasses be used with 3DEM?

I'm trying to use my new VREX glasses with 3DEM (the program that can make
flythrough movies and still shots of topographical data from the USGS and
from the NASA viking missions on Mars. The program looks great. It says it
support Simuleyes in interlaced mode. I get the message "Interlaced mode
not available" when I try to use it. This even happens when I force the 3D
mode on in windows.

Any help would be appreciated!

PS: I know this isn't directly realted to photography, but I don't know
where else I could find an experienced group of 3D LCS tinkerers...
