P3D realist vs revere DOF

I would expect there to be calibrated differences between the two
because of the different shutters - the Revere's leaf shutter will
record part of the exposure at a smaller aperture, whereas the Realist
guillotines will not add any DOF due to "shutter effect".  Also - I
believe that not all Realist lenses are 35mm FL.  If I recall correctly
a conversation with Charles Piper a few years ago, some of the Eastman
lenses had a slightly longer FL.  Can anyone confirm this?
