I think you missed an opportunity there; I saw a short TV film recently,
which was created using animated paper cutouts - the inhabitants of a
2d flatworld, who accidentally slipped through into a scary 3d
remote-controlled TV world, and back again. Very effective. Next time you
have a weird dream, jot it down as a storyboard, and dig up an interested
producer... :-)
