Aren't we lucky (or maybe unlucky) they didn't patent GUI, or then
we might all be operating Apple computers or maybe even Xerox stuff!
We'd better watch out, when 3-D graphical user interfaces come
out (and they will be), Bill Gates might appropriate stereo windows!

I guess we're lucky (again) that they didn't patent the steering
wheel, because then we would have to learn to use a multitude of
different steering devices!
