P3D 4 lens lenticular processing

I just received an order from them a few days ago.  Turn around time was
about 8 weeks.  In my opinion, the image quality was unacceptable.
(Straight vertical lines in the original scene were wavy in the print,
which did not help the stereo effect one bit because the amount of
distortion was different for each eye's view.)  Attempts to reach them by
telephone yesterday were not successful.  They now seem to have an
answering machine, rather than a live body, to answer the phone.
