New NSA member Mark Langelfeld asked recently about Stereo World (SW)
magazine. Here is a clarification from John Dennis, SW editor who asked me
to post the following:

If you just joined NSA in January, your membership would normally start
with the first issue of the next membership year, March/April 1998.  As our
publication schedule now stands, the March/April issue is likely to be
mailed in early to mid June - or about 2 months behind.

If, when you joined, you requested issues for the current volume/year, you
would have received (by early February) issues through Nov./Dec. '97.  Keep
in mind that regardless of the months printed on the cover, STEREO WORLD is
mailed about every two months for the full six issues per year.  There was
a longer than usual delay over the summer of '97, but issues will come at
closer intervals (including a big double issue in March) for a while in
order to bring our publication dates up with calendar dates.   More SW
sample articles, NSA information, and a members' gallery will be appearing
on the new NSA web site:  www.nsa-3d.org
