Hi Bill,
Sorry to hear about the prints.  I think we're all getting different results as 
I just got a roll back too (mailed it Dec. 27 so it took 4-5 weeks) and they 
look fine to me.  There are a few of the usual machine marks that can be seen 
when you turn the image a certain way but looking at them straight on, they look
good.

Maybe they're just too overwhelmed at the moment and are rushing some things 
through.... (not an excuse for poor quality, just a possibility).

Also, has anyone heard any more about the 4-lens camera that was supposed to be 
out soon?
