Looks interesting.  I just looked at their web site
(http://www.nu-view.com) and although their web-site
is a bit lacking in details and is a bit on the
helter-skelter side organizationally (new companies
take a while before gaining the polished look), the 
product looks like a  winner if it works well!

I'm curious about how things look through a
camcorder's viewer while "filming".
