You could use a mono-camera but the old Realist is great for doing panos.
If you have a tripod with a pano head on it, attach your Realist and shoot
12 shots (every 30°) for a 360°. Then, your images will overlap just enough
to give you good stitching room in the computer. The only trouble is this
means scanning 24 images to make one 360° (thank God that I have a trans.
scanner at home).
BTW: to those WINDOWS users that are having trouble seeing my QTVR files on
the net, I am trying to figure out the problem and will let the list know
when its solved.
