I agree it probably makes the most sense to exclude posts by that person
from past archives, from when P3D had not articulated a policy. But excluding
quoted excerpts is much more questionable - the odds are very high that most
or all of these would be allowed under "fair use". Short excerpts intended
for purposes of illustration or to establish the basis for a reply are
pretty much universally accepted.
