We're going on and on about copyrights, a subject which:

  o	most of us know little or nothing about,
  o	is a matter of law, NOT common sense (there's little overlap),
  o	has very little to do with 3D.

We're also ignoring the fact that if someone doesn't want his/her postings
included on the CD, for whatever reason (I can't imagine one, but I'm sure
he or she has one), we should respect that simply out of courtesy.
