With over $3 billion already spent, Congress has voted to resume
construction on the gigantic superconducting supercollider project.
As noted by one technically oriented House member in support of the
resolution....."Its high time we made a serious attempt in this country
to trace the exact path of intruding photons passing through randomly
occuring apertures in Realist camera bodies.  Only the United States has
the resources to tackle this most vexing of human problems.  GOD BLESS
AMERICA!"
