I'm not sure which PSA Honors you mean here, George, but the APSA and FPSA
are awarded for service more than for photography. PPSA and EPSA are awarded
for photography but are simply an extension of the star rating system, which
is the basic cumulative award for photograpic efforts. And in my case I'll
have to contradict you; virtually all of my recent (for many years)
successful slides were
"handheld out-of-the-studio stereo pictures".
