We have one made at the View-Master factory (It was a slow week).
You are correct the quality is very poor, the biggest problem is the
adjustment of the lenses. Still it looks great sitting on the shelf.
It was built from two 30 Watt Blue projectors, has polarizers ,two bulbs,
lenses etc. Looks neat, but will make you blind if you use it.
Still might be a fun project, if you have a slow week.
