P3D duplicate mailings

Due to some network problems, calcite restarted several times
on mailing out some of the *-3d lists. Depending on your position
in the list (over which you have no control) you may have received
multiple, 1, or none of the digests. If you received multiple, please
just trash the extra copies. I've rebooted the server and hopefully
the problem will wash out of the system when the mail queue is fully
run later on this evening.
