John et al.,

Four screws hold a cover into which the upper mirror is glued, it might be
possible to use shims under either the top or bottom edge of the cover in
order to change the angle of the cover (and thus the angle of the mirror)
slightly upward or downward.  Do this by trial and error, checking with a
piece of ground glass after re-assembly.  Or, if you have access to a parts
camera, just swap out this cover.  Or, send your camera to Ron Zakowski for
repair.  Better yet, have your wife send it; it sounds as though Ron is
providing faster turn-around for the ladies :-)

Now, there is a second mirror glued to the casting under the bottom plate,
but if it were out-of-whack I think it would have less affect on framing and
more affect on simply where the framed image appears when seen through the
peep-hole.  At any rate, this mirror would be tough to remove and re-glue.

I suspect this framing error has existed since the day your camera was
assembled.
