P3D My Realist viewfinder framing doesn't match lenses

The viewfinder in my Realist seems to be out of parallel with my lenses.
It shows MUCH less of the top of an image than will actually appear on
film, and shows MUCH more of the bottom. With far away objects, the
offset seems to be about 15% of the total image height.  This is making
it very difficult to compose images properly. Is there anyway to fix it?
Does Ed Romney's repair manual discuss this?
