P3D toe-in

Toe-in is an interesting 3D subject. It generally so subtle that it's not
noticable, such as in the case of Boris's slides. But even rotation may not
be "noticable", though their may be an uncomfortableness detected. I submit
that slides of toed-in stereos would tend to produce eye strain/fatigue
much more quickly than similar parallel shots, even if one cannot say for
which images were toed-in. The idea in stereo, for me, is to strive to
present the stereo illusion in best manner possible (given the MANY
obstacles!)
If I had faster internet access, I might give it a shot... there's a lot of
images!

Some people (even doctors of biology!) tend to think that our eyes are just
like cameras- but in this case, they are not. A camera's back (film plane)
is FLAT, whereas our eye's back (retina) are ROUND. The sperical back of
the eye does not introduce keystone distortion as does the planer back of
the camera.

Now if Sam could came up with a stereo camera with dual spherical film
planes, could Dr T so modify a Red button viewer?
