I'm confused by this, Dan. OK, you can't burn an ISO 9660 disc. So
what format *are* you going to burn? As Brian correctly points out, the
High Sierra format with Rock Ridge extensions allows for long filenames
and should be understood by all non-braindead platforms. This seems to
be the way to go.
