P3D Re: Double your fun with RBT slide mounts

FYI, I don't have an absolute favorite mount but use RBTs,
"Spicer" mounts (cardboard tape-shut) and Albion mounts,
depending on the occasion. These three are my "favorite"
mounts now, but I am open to new products too.

Do I detect some bitterness in the last two sentences? I have a
3d account and work within this account by buying/selling stuff
and offering viewer products and services. In that respect, I do
not consider myself fortunate.
Your proposal is interesting and worth considering. But I indicated
that some of the benefits of the RBT mounts that have made them
"preferred mounts" for many, seem to be reduced. For example, I
use RBTs for accuaracy in projection. Seems that with the blue
foldover over half an RBT mount, they are not accurate or appropriate
for projection any more (if this is not correct, please say so)
The "less fortunate" can always consider some of the less
expensive cardboard mounts, like the "Spicer" mounts that come
in an amazing variety of sizes. Now with the alignment jig
(once in a lifetime investment) mounting in then is a breeze.
