P3D Seary film cutter

So that I don't have to re-invent the wheel, has anyone modified a Seary
film cutter for 5-perf Realist format ?  It comes from Seary set up with a
4-perf advance wheel that you spin twice to get an 8-perf cut.  Seary does
not sell anything but the standard wheel. This is a beautiful film cutter
that would be even more attractive if it allowed me to cut a roll of
Realist format slides perfectly in a couple of minutes.
