P3D Platelets Donation-THE ULTIMATE 3-D EXPERIENCE???

I just returned from my monthly platelet donation at the Red Cross Blood
Center here in Columbus Ga. It is perhaps the ultimate OUT OF BODY 3-D
EXPERIENCE

1. Your blood is removeD from one arm

2. It is then spinneD in a machine to remove the platelets

3. It is then returneD to you in the other arm

The whole operation takes a little over an hour, is completely painless,
except for the two initial needle sticks and can be a great service to
you fellow man. Platelets are only good for about 5 days, but one
donation can help up to eight cancer and lukemia victims. I had not
concerned myself with this issue until 2 years ago when my wife had
bypass surgery and needed platelets. Since then I am a "confirmed card
carrying donor" Try it, you never know when you might need some
platelets.

What does this have to do with Photo 3-D?? The connection, however
slight, goes back to "Confirmation by Demonstration and my personal "Each
one teach one" stereo program. Each chair at the blood center has a VCR
and a monitor. So I take either a anaglyphic stereo video and several
pairs of anaglyph glasses OR some Pulfrich video (Usually European car
races ) and several Pulfrich glasses (cheap sunglasses with one lens
removed) I watch these videos and so do the ladies who work there (when
they have a minute) using the glasses provided by me. Have I had any
converts? Don't know but I am sure getting a lot of good comments and
questions.

Just doing my thing

BILL C WALTON, ISC
