Boris I don't know if the socket on the  new Ricoh ZX- M models is the
same as the one on Model XR-X3PH, but I  suspect it is the same.  The
less expensive way to go for me was to buy two simple mono (not stereo)
earphones that have the same ultra small plug.  I cut the earphones off
and wired the two plugs to trip at the same time using a simple
momentary contact switch.  I have a spare system with longer wires I
rigged using two small, gold colored,  plugs sold separately by radio
shack.
