There are two videos and a couple of books on Realist repair.
Plus a couple of books on general camera repair.
This is the first step.

Second step:  Take your cameras apart and put them back.  In the
process you will learn a lot about these cameras.

Third step:  Buy non-functioning cameras and figure out how to
repair them.

Forth step:  Move next door to Ron Zakowski or Jess Powell! :-)
