P3D New Camera Alert

The other day, while shopping for a simple camera for my wife, I came
across a new camera from Nickelodian (sp?).  This camera appears to be
similar to those 4-lens cameras that take four "stop action" pictures in
a row.  Well this one apparently lets you take four individual photos in
the space of a normal 35mm negative.  So, you get (as they advertise
anyway) 96 2x3 photos per roll of 36exp film.

It occured to me that you could take stereo pairs this way by simply
pressing the shutter button twice for each scene.  Wouldn't be real good
for moving subjects but it looks like the resulting prints could be
freeviewed straight out of the envelope.

I may have to get one for my picture-taking fool of a 4yr old.  The way
he shoots pictures, a roll of 96 exposures might take him all of 15
minutes to get through :-)
