P3D Re: viruses
I echo Dan's observations. We've received three messages in the last
6-8 weeks informing us that one of our servers had been infected with a
virus and warning everyone to "disinfect" their machines.
So, while I've never seen any problems with film fogging while
travelling, I still take the precaution of placing the majority of my
film in a leaded pouch while travelling. After all, the price of a
medium size bag is miniscule when compared to the price of going back to
reproduce your photos.
Believe me! It cost me much more to travel BACK to Disney World last
November "just to take 3D photos of the birthday cake castle" that I
missed when we were there in May!
Ron
P.S. Okay, it wasn't the ONLY reason I went back. But it sure was a
good one! I also wanted to test my new Kodak Stereo, which BTW
performed flawlessly. There was also this business seminar I was
supposed to attend, but I digress....
