Hi all,

It hasn't been all that long since our last meeting, but we had an
opportunity to bring in Simon Bell to grace us with a show and just
couldn't pass it up.  In addition, we'll be having our first chance for
members to show their work in a members' exhibition of "New York in
Stereo."  It promises to be another fun evening... so if you're in the
Tri-State, please stop by... The official announcement follows:

Saturday, April 4, 1998 7:00 pm
The American Museum of Natural History - Linder Theatre
Use 77th st. entrance, bear left past the big canoe and then right, through
to the end of the hall of molluscs.

Presenting:
Eye To Eye: Wild Places - Wild Creatures
Presented by Simon Bell

Simon Bell is a master nature photographer and stereo projectionist who
brings 3D  to the masses with his "Eye-to-Eye" nature books.  Simon comes
to New York all the way from Toronto to present us with a natural selection
of his slithery, slimy best.  Come face to face with snakes, spiders, and
creatures from every kingdom as you've never seen them before... in
fantastic 3D.

New York in Stereo:
New York Stereoscopic Society Members' Exhibition
NYSS members present their own images of the city in a variety of 3D
formats:  From View-Master to stereo cards, from the Bronx to the Battery.
Your chance to see the work of your NYSS colleagues, and present your own.

Free and open to the public.  If you have any questions about participating
in the Members Exhibition, becoming a member, or would like to contribute
